"Congratulations on your new home! We are officially closed and you have been recorded as the new legal owner!! ๐๐๐ฅณ
We would like to thank you for your trust in the LeaderOne Financial Corporation team to make your home purchase possible. YOU are a big part of this success story by your timely responses to the required documents along the way.
Closing day is not the end of contact with us. We are prepared to help you any time and for any reason. You may have questions after closing that we can help you with. The most common question we are asked relates to the first payment on the new mortgage. Yours will begin July 2026. You should have received a copy of the First Payment Letter when you signed closing documents. For your convenience, a copy is attached. Use these temporary coupons until you receive a Servicing Transfer letter. You can expect addition email messages to notify you about the transfer. After the transfer letter is received, follow the instructions in it for all future payments. Any payment made using the coupons will be transferred to the servicing company on your behalf.
IMPORTANT: After the Deed of Trust is recorded with the county, it becomes public record. It is likely you will receive unsolicited mail for goods and services you are not interested in. There are companies that obtain names and addresses of new owners and then send mail to them in an attempt to inspire callbacks and responses. Some of those mailings may even appear very โofficialโ. Be very careful with those. LeaderOne Financial Corporation will never solicit you. Some of those companiesโ letters appear to come from us. However, look in the small disclaimers and you will see they are not affiliated with us. If you receive any mail that you are unsure about, please send a copy. We will review it to determine it is legitimate. We want to protect you from potential fraud.
We wish you all the best in your new home and look forward to hearing from you any time.
Thank you!"
