Summer disbursement for all Federal Loans (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, Parent PLUS, and Grad PLUS Loans) will be delayed until early June due to required system upgrades related to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Federal Loans will continue to show as pending prior to disbursement.

Grant and scholarship funds for the Summer 2026 semester will begin disbursing as planned on May 22.

All students are required to meet SAP to be eligible to receive financial aid. We will contact students not meeting UTA's SAP Policy via email. This email will explain why they are not meeting SAP and how to complete an appeal.

Did you miss UTA’s March 1 priority date? Don’t worry! You can still be considered for financial aid. To apply, complete your FAFSA at StudentAid.gov, then turn-in all documents we request.
Keep in mind, financial aid offers are made on a first-come, first-served basis, but we'll always consider you for any funds available at the time your application is complete.
