Back-To-School season is in full swing!
Our teams across Tarrant and Denton County recently came together to support local schools through several community projects.

From collecting and donating supplies to local schools and United Way of Tarrant County, to helping assemble backpacks, making bookmarks for students, and serving lunch to new teachers in Grapevine and Colleyville ISD, our teams were proud to lend a hand where we could.

We’re always grateful for the opportunity to support the students, teachers and schools in our communities we call home. Here’s to a great 2026-2027 school year!

And that’s a wrap! Our 2026 Summer Internship has come to an end.

Last week we said “see you later” to Evan Thompson, our 2026 Summer Intern. Evan has been a part of the Worthington Bank team for the past eight weeks, and has been an incredible addition, gaining hands-on experience in credit, lending, and the banking industry as a whole.

As Evan heads into his junior year at the University of Oklahoma studying finance and accounting, we have no doubt he has a bright future ahead of him and will be successful at anything he sets his mind to.

Celebrating 250 years of independence and freedom. Happy Fourth of July!

Our Edwards Ranch team recently kicked off the summer with a customer appreciation picnic, and it was a wonderful afternoon spent with many of our valued clients and friends!

Guests enjoyed hot dogs, watermelon, yard games, and plenty of time to connect with one another. Events like these remind us that banking is about building relationships and supporting the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. We had a great time celebrating the start of summer with you and are already looking forward to doing it again. This may just become a new tradition!

Please join us in welcoming Hampton Fay to the Worthington Bank team as our newest Credit Analyst!

Hampton earned his BA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and his MS in Finance from Indiana University. Prior to joining Worthington Bank, he completed a micro-internship with BancFirst where he gained valuable experience in the banking industry.

Outside of work, Hampton enjoys CrossFit, exploring new restaurants and destinations, and working on his gold game.

We’re excited to have Hampton on board and look forward to seeing him grow with Worthington!
