After so many years of dedication, hard work, and taking such great care of our clients, Cathy is officially retiring! We’re so happy to celebrate this exciting new chapter with her.

Arcade-Knight Agency has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Duties include quoting, servicing, and sales of personal lines insurance products. Relevant experience is a plus but is not required. If you are detail-oriented, have exceptional phone and computer skills, and enjoy working with customers, we encourage you to apply! Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (with a one-hour lunch). Benefits include 401(k), commission, bonuses, three weeks of paid vacation, federal holidays off, and health insurance is available.
