Iโm truly grateful for this recognition, but please know the mission remains the same โ to serve with heart, lead with courage, and help families open doors through real estate. This past year has been hard for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. As mothers, we sacrifice so much of ourselves and our bodies to bring life into the world, and choosing not to flinch at the challenges we get thrown but instead keep figuring it out when it gets tough is a feat in itself.
Being recognized with the Limitless Award tonight by the incredible owners of E3 Realty made me feel truly seen. I think Ive lost count of the nights I secretly cried this past year working tirelessly to figure out how to get my clients the best deal and grow my business, while also trying to balance my health being a present mom, wife, friend and everything else in between. We are all fighting our silent battles and to be seen and recognized just feels beautiful. On top of that, my loving colleagues decided to add a little extra joy by awarding me Best Dressed of the Night โ and looking around the room, Iโm honestly not sure how I pulled that off, ๐but it was a gentle reminder to keep going Erica, you may not have it figured out but you got some folks fooled lol. Honestly Iโm truly grateful for each of these recognitions, and for the families who trusted me during some of lifeโs biggest moments. I hope Iโve served you well๐๐ฝ
Iโm especially thankful to be part of an office where people genuinely care about โ supporting one another, leading with integrity, challenging each other and putting people before profit.
