Edward Jones: Financial Advisor-Stacey Koeppen

Edward Jones: Financial Advisor-Stacey Koeppen What I want for my clients is financial independence. That moped represented an important sense of freedom in shaping my junior high social life!

My first tiny taste of this came at the early age of 13 when I chose to buy a moped using money saved from selling night crawlers out of my parents' garage. I am fortunate to come from three generations of loyal Edward Jones clients. My dad retired from Maytag, and as a kid, I often received a gift of Maytag stock in my Christmas stocking. After graduating from Iowa State University, I sold that s

tock to buy my first car. My parents and I still talk openly about financial goals and strategies. The loss of my brother to cancer at age 54 serves as a reminder of the importance of planning with trusted advisors. The financial history I share with my family is what led me to join Edward Jones in 2013. I love working one-on-one with people and families to help them understand long-term investing. My talented business partner, Molly Bender, and I have more than 20 years of industry experience, and we help people organize their finances, build wealth, protect it and pass it efficiently to the people or causes they care about most. We use a proven 5-step process that helps clients feel understood, informed, in control and secure in all aspects of their financial life. I am a Central Iowa girl who loves to travel and loves to come home. My roots are in Iowa farming, hard work and leaving your community better than you found it. I love the comfort of family traditions and the excitement of a new adventure. Outside of the office, I also enjoy serving my community. In the past five years, I have chaired the Ankeny Chamber's SummerFest Parade, revamped the Ankeny Rotary Club's annual fundraiser and helped to start the fundraising group, 100 Women Who Care Ankeny. Stop by the office or give me a call. Member SIPC.
