🎓🍎🌟 In the spirit of a new school year, CSB is proud to announce the graduates of our inaugural Changemakers Academy! Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming seven motivated high school students — who came to us through the support of our awesome CSB partners: Talent Collective DSM and Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates — to participate in a week-long career exploration course. The course was designed to give students a meaningful, hands-on learning experience while discovering careers in the financial services industry and gaining professional insight to prepare them for their next steps!

We could not be prouder of these seven students who jumped in with open minds, shared their unique perspectives, asked thoughtful questions, and presented their innovative ideas to our CEO Kurt Gibson and members of our Board of Directors.

To celebrate their week of hard work and ambition, they also got to help us break a sweat by volunteering alongside our CSB Changemakers during a Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity Panel Build at our headquarters. Congratulations to our talented graduates! We truly believe you embody what it means to Expect Great Things, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next! ❤️

Yesterday our team truly put our mission to "Connect, Serve, and Build Our Communities" into action! Thank you Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity for the awesome opportunity to roll up our sleeves, take part in hands-on construction, and help build walls for a future Habitat home.
