Our offer was competing with another strong offer, and Chris personally spoke with the seller’s agent to assure them that his team could deliver a fast and smooth closing. That gave us an important advantage in getting our offer accepted.

Our situation also required additional documentation because we owned other properties, but Chris and his team handled everything incredibly well. It takes an extremely diligent, thorough, and experienced team to put together a loan package for a fast approval without issues or unnecessary delays, and that is exactly what they did.

We are so thankful to Chris and his entire team for helping us get our home. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment throughout the process made all the difference. We would absolutely recommend Chris and his team and will be using them again for our next loan!

He was always patient with us (even with our million questions), took his time explaining everything, and made sure we actually understood what was going on. Most importantly, he was always there when we needed him, which made everything feel a lot less overwhelming during the process.

With Chris, we never felt like just another “transaction”, we felt genuinely taken care of. From the start, talking to him always felt easy, it felt more like talking to a friend than a lender.
