He was always patient with us (even with our million questions), took his time explaining everything, and made sure we actually understood what was going on. Most importantly, he was always there when we needed him, which made everything feel a lot less overwhelming during the process.

With Chris, we never felt like just another “transaction”, we felt genuinely taken care of. From the start, talking to him always felt easy, it felt more like talking to a friend than a lender.
