A review I had to Share! This came from the Top of Mattel Toys!

Chris and Abby are fantastic. We needed a 21 day close for the purchase transaction. Chris and Abby are great communicators. They are proactive in communications. They are working until 10pm some nights on our file. We worked so well together, super positive team and creative problem solving.

We had an issue come up with some concerns on the title report that we were not familiar with. Chris even gave me some ideas/ tips on how to contact the water dept w/ the city to verify info before the close. Chris really treats his clients and their problems as his own.

Another wow moment was when we needed a letter from our CPA on verifying info from our taxes, our accountant was MIA for a few hours. Because the papers were time sensitive, Chris drove to our CPA's office to get the papers since they were in the same neighborhood. I don't know a lot of loan officers that would care the way that Chris does, let alone driving out on location to pick up papers for clients. Wow is all I have to say. IMO, Chris should be winning BEST CUSTOMER Service award for the year.

The best loan officer I have worked with to date yet. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in my network in a heart beat. We were so fortunate to get the team that we did!
