Position: Customer Representative / Administrative Assistant
Location: Wichita Insurance, LLC – Altus & Mangum, OK
Full-Time | In-Office

Are you a people-person with great organizational skills? Wichita Insurance, LLC is looking for a Customer Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service

Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries

Assist with policy changes, payments, and basic insurance requests

Support the team with administrative tasks and office organization

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail & ability to multitask

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

A friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn

Licensed in insurance or willing to obtain an insurance license (we’ll help the right candidate get licensed!)

Willingness to travel between our Altus and Mangum offices as needed

Proud to support the men and women who risk it all. It’s an honor to live in a community that’s home to Altus Air Force Base. Let’s come together at 3:54 on Friday the 17th, for the fallen airmen of Zeus95.

In honor of the six fallen airmen from the Zeus95, Altus Air Force Base will observe 6 minutes of silence on Friday April 17 at 3:54 PM.

Because every KC-135 aviator passes through training at Altus—and with one of the fallen having served at the KC-135 FTU here, AAFB considers it a privilege to honor these Airmen and their connection to our base.

The Chamber asks that all local citizens and businesses join in on the moment of silence from 3:54PM to 4PM on Friday, April 17th in honor of those who have fallen. If you're able to step outside at 4PM, the moment of silence will conclude at that time with a two-ship KC-135 flyover at AAFB in their honor. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of those who served.
