Who says team meetings have to be all business?

Today, we brought the team together for awards, laughs, pumpkin carving, and a chili contest that brought out everyone’s competitive side! 🏆🎃🍲

Some of us came ready to carve pumpkins, some came ready to show off our chili skills, and some may have come just to see who was going home with bragging rights. 👀🌶️

Between the creative pumpkins, the delicious chili, and all the friendly competition, one thing is for sure: we know how to have fun together!

We also took time to celebrate our team’s accomplishments and recognize the amazing people who make Blanchard Insurance what it is.

And of course, we’re excited to welcome our newest team member, Amanda O’Brien! 🎉💙 We’re so happy to have you join the Blanchard family!
