9 closings in March! I had so many clients get an early start on the home buying season. 5 new purchases closed, of which 4 were first-time homebuyers. Each client is unique and finding the best loan product for them makes a difference. I had 1 VA loan, 3 conventional loans and 1 FHA loan for new purchases. Refinances were also full throttle in March with 2 VA loan refinances and a 2 conventional loan refinances.

I am so grateful for my client's trusting me to get them to the closing table, as well as my realtor partners. The NMI team is second to none, making closings a breeze.

January was a month of refinances. I had 3 families move to a much lower interest rate greatly reducing their monthly mortgage payment. A 4th family converted equity to cash to remodel their home and consolidate debt eliminating balances on high interest rate credit cards. I love to help people save! November has been so busy that I forgot to post about October! I am so grateful for so many things this Thanksgiving season with my clients, realtor partners and comrades at NMI on the top of the list!

In October, 5 clients purchased new homes utilizing VA, FHA and Conventional mortgages. Another client used a HELOC to convert equity into cash for a down payment on a new primary home, which will close in December.

I love that we have so many products, providing so many mortgage solutions, at Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc. ❤️

THANK YOU to my clients and realtor partners for a busy September closing 7 home loans. 4 families moved into new homes utilizing 3 conventional loans and 1 VA loan. 2 more clients are using equity from their homes for remodeling, 1 with a cash-out refinance and the other with a HELOC. The last is an investor who flips homes. I provided funding for 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the cost of the rehab. The support from my NMI team is amazing, making new mortgages easy for our clients. Thank you team!

Congratulations to my clients with August closings! One client wanted to buy land near her home. She owned her home free and clear and rather than going with a HELOC with a higher interest rate, we did a refinance allowing her pull out cash from her equity as a primary conventional mortgage.

Another family bought their first home in the USA as foreign nationals with a conventional loan and have a baby on the way! They are living the American Dream!

And a client looking to beat the heat of Florida bought a home in the mountains and is relocating to Georgia as her primary residence. We went FHA on this one to allow for a higher DTI so she can put her Florida residence on the market after she moves out. Welcome to Georgia!
