altors during what can be a complicated and confusing process. Rob's goal is simple—to provide the best and most cost-effective loan for the client's situation, and to make the process as simple as it can be. He will remain available always even on evenings or weekends, will focus on the details, and will work as hard for the client on day one as he does on closing day. For the past 15 years Rob has been one of the top loan officer's in the country. Since starting with Guaranteed Rate Affinity 5 years ago in 2017, Rob has been in the top 3 loan officers for the company in the country, being #1 in 3 of the years and finishing in second or third place the other years. Rob specializes in Conventional Conforming, Conventional Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans suitable for first time buyers or repeat buyers About half of the loans he does every year are first time buyers and he especially enjoys the education aspect of working with first time buyers. He also does a large number of VA loans. Being the child of a military officer he understands the challenges Veterans have and loves working with them. Rob is originally from Maryland and has lived in Northern Virginia for the past 20 years. He is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Rob attended the University of Maryland College Park and has a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics. Rob is married to his wife Terri and they have 2 boys ages 17 and 19. When Rob is not working with clients, he enjoys coaching kids' basketball, restoring classic motorcycles, and going to the beach.
