5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Katrina Moore by Mark M - Almost always when I had a question or was unsure on how to proceed with the process Katrina would often have my questions answered before I even asked. She proved to me that she really knows the ins and outs of the entire loan process.

Since the Fed raised the prime rate, my phone has been ringing with questions about interest rates and how they affect mortgage payments.

The reality is that a difference of just 1% in interest rate can have a noticeable impact on your monthly payment and overall buying power. That's why I wanted to share this helpful chart. 📈

Remember, the "right time" to buy isn't just about the rate. It's about your goals, finances, and finding a home that works for you. And if rates improve later, refinancing could be an option.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like me to run numbers based on your budget or target payment.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Katrina Moore by Michelle S - Katrina was very responsive and answered questions at all hours. Initially, she even helped us get qualified on a Saturday, which allowed us to make the offer and get the house. Her great customer service was refreshing in a day and age where that is not a given anymore.
