The only feed back I would to Guardian as a whole is to better prepare the client upfront On monthly, closing costs and bank requirements. Also access to the appraisal desk and appraisal was very limited. A common consumer could of taking it as "gatekeeping" wish could fall under "predatory lending". Alot of things were disclosed towards the end.
overall Steve was great. Kept thick skin, and got the house to closing. Thank you
