On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, our CWCU team came together for our annual Team Day, focusing on the good we can do through the work we do every day.

After a morning of reflection and team building, we spread out across the Central Willamette Valley to volunteer with local organizations supporting families, veterans, children, animals, and our communities.

A big thank-you to the organizations that welcomed us and to our employees who showed up ready to help!

There’s something special about credit unions coming together for a shared purpose.

Central Willamette Credit Union was proud to join Peak Credit Union and OCCU - Oregon Community Credit Union at PeaceHealth in Eugene for a special Credit Unions for Kids check presentation celebrating the impact of the 2025 CU4Kids Auction.

Through the generosity of credit unions participating in the auction, an incredible $98,637.65 was raised to support PeaceHealth and the children and families they serve in the Eugene/Springfield community.

We’re grateful to PeaceHealth, Children's Miracle Network , GoWest Credit Union Association and our fellow credit unions for showing what’s possible when the credit union movement comes together for something bigger.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re proud to celebrate our friends and community partners at Noche Cultural .

Through art, music, dance, education and traditions like Charrería, they help keep the rich history and culture of Latino and Hispanic communities alive and thriving.

From performing at our Juntos Avanzamos celebration to helping our members learn more about the history and traditions of Charrería in Mexico, Comunidad y Herencia Cultural has been an incredible partner in bringing culture, connection and learning to our CWCU community.

We’re grateful for all they do—and proud to celebrate alongside them this Hispanic Heritage Month.

Standing proudly at Central Oregon Veterans Ranch, this beautiful bronze sculpture was crafted by Harold Elliot, a Vietnam veteran. Donated to the ranch in his memory, Eagleman serves as a powerful tribute to all warriors, past and present.
