Attending our first Chinese conference at the International Dragon Awards for the next 4 days to learn from the best in the industry in Asia.

We also had an awesome office visit to our Hong Kong counterpart, Wave Chow’s office in Hong Kong with our ADC family! It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and experience one of the newest and most impressive office spaces with stunning views.

Looking back, I couldn’t be prouder of this amazing group. You didn’t just meet expectations—you exceeded them.

* 👏 Two of the best final presentations out of ~200 interns

Every achievement was well deserved. 🏆

But beyond the awards and accolades, what I’m most proud of is the growth I’ve witnessed. Watching each of you become more confident, supportive of one another, and willing to challenge yourselves has been the greatest reward.

To celebrate an unforgettable journey, we ended with a well-deserved meal together. No one seemed ready to leave, and that probably says everything about the friendships and memories we’ve built over the past six weeks.

Thank you for trusting us, giving your best, and making this journey so meaningful. Wishing every one of you success in whatever comes next. This may be the end of the internship, but I truly hope it’s not the end of our journey together.

Week 2 & 3 of our AIAxADC internship programme 📚✨

The past two weeks have been all about learning from real experiences. Our consultants shared their personal journeys—how they took the leap of faith, overcame challenges, and built their careers in this industry.

The interns also took an important first step by sitting for their first licensing examination, marking the beginning of their professional journey.

To round off the week, we visited two hospitals, Mount Alvernia & SGH to gain a deeper understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and the importance of proper financial and healthcare planning.

Learning goes beyond the classroom. It’s about seeing the real impact we can make in people’s lives. Looking forward to the weeks ahead! 💪

Kicked off our AIA Internship Programme at the end of May with an exciting week of learning, self-discovery, and connection.

From DISC profiling sessions that helped our interns better understand themselves and their working styles, to meeting their fellow teammates and building new friendships, it was a great start to the journey ahead.

We wrapped up the week with some adrenaline-filled team bonding through Escape Room challenges and Floor is Lava activities, where teamwork, communication, and problem-solving were put to the test.

Looking forward to seeing these young talents grow, learn, and create meaningful experiences over the coming weeks. 🚀
