Ms. Eloisa, or Em to her colleagues, is a proud member of the Accounting and Finance Department. She joined the company in April 2021, at the height of the pandemic. Her addition to the DFC team was vital as the company was leaning towards a skeletal work schedule, ensuring safe working environment and continuity of service to our Kaibigans. She was hired as an Assistant Cashier, in charge of all daily releases in the office. As the end point of all transactions, she ensures that all loan documents are complete and are ready for releasing. In her 5th year with the company, she claims her 2nd Employee of the Month recognition.

Ms. Loriwin is one of our Sub Loan Consultants from IVB Marketing. She is assigned in the province of Zamboanga, one of the earliest mobile offices of the IVB group. Her duty as a Sub Loan Consultant is to provide clients with updates with regards to their loan and queries, a vital role especially for clients who avail of a loan offsite. She has been part of Diamond since 2011 and up to now, actively participates in upholding the company’s mantra of providing exceptional service.
