Dealing with the #1 Reason Employees Experience Burnout
We ran a poll recently, and the results confirmed what we already know: people aren't complaining about "working hard." The real issue is too much pressure without the support to match.
It’s like sending your team to Mile 12 market during December traffic and still expecting them back in 20 minutes. At some point, it stops being motivation and just becomes exhaustion.
Burnout isn’t a personal problem—it’s a bad system problem. High performers don’t fail because they are weak; they fail because they’re fighting slow systems, unstable tools, and moving targets all day.
If the expectations are high, the tools and infrastructure have to match. Good leadership isn’t about piling on pressure; it’s about removing the blockers so people can actually do their jobs without losing their minds.
When you fix the system, you save the people.
