From inception, we have intentionally addressed youth unemployment by equipping young people with in-demand skills and linking them to meaningful work opportunities.
Establishing the Lagos State Employability Support Program (LSESP) project in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has been a dream come true.
Through the Phases 1 and 2, 8,000+ beneficiaries have trained and placed across priority sectors including Manufacturing, Construction, Fashion, Hospitality, and IT, while qualified MSMEs heceived business development support and access to affordable financing.
To deepen this impact, we are set to launch the LSESP Phase 3, targeting 2,000 more Youths and SMBs, for employability training and placement opportunities particularly in the Leather Works, CNG conversion, Digital Skills, and Creative fashion sectors.
We invite you as a youth, small business and industry expert, to join us in achieving these goals and beyond. More information on our website www.lsetf.ng
