After 16 years of dedicated leadership, Alma Harmse is stepping down as Managing Director of STS Insurance Brokers Namibia. Having established Enyandi Insurance Brokers from the ground up almost two decades ago, Alma has been a cornerstone of the company's growth and success. Through visionary leadership and strategic direction, Alma not only built a respected and successful business but also successfully navigated its integration into the global footprint of Strategic Transfer Solutions, positioning the organisation for continued success in the years ahead. Through vision, determination, and unwavering commitment, Alma laid the foundation for sustainable growth and a culture focused on excellence.
We extend our sincere gratitude for the leadership, passion, and countless contributions that have guided our business over the years. While stepping down from the Managing Director role, we are delighted that Alma will remain part of the team as Senior Client Executive, continuing to provide clients with the exceptional service, expertise, and trusted relationships that have become synonymous with the business.
At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Jaco Martin Venter as our new Managing Director. Bringing more than a decade of experience leading teams of insurance specialists, Jaco brings a wealth of industry knowledge, strong leadership credentials, and a passion for empowering people and delivering outstanding results.
As we honour the remarkable legacy that brought us to where we are today, we look forward with confidence to the future under Jaco's leadership.
