The Private Pension Administrator (PPA) is the central administrator for the Private Retirement Schemes (PRS). Launched together with the establishment of the PRS on 18 July 2012 by Malaysia’s Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, PPA is a body approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia to oversee and promote the growth of the industry, create general awareness and educating the public on PRS as well as protecting members’ interests.

Shaping the future of retirement and income security in a changing Asia 🌏📈
PPA was honoured to participate in the 14th Annual Malaysia Roundtable: Pensions and Investments – Growth Drivers in Transition Era, organised by Asia Asset Management.
PPA CEO, Taufiq Iskandar, joined the panel discussion on 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, sharing why PRS should be recognised as a serious long-term wealth-building tool — not merely a retirement top-up.
