Sekitar Majlis Perhimpunan Bulanan Kementerian Komunikasi Bulan Ogos 2026 yang dikelolakan oleh Kumpulan MyCreative Ventures pada Isnin, 17 Ogos 2026 di Menara Komunikasi, Putrajaya 🇲🇾✨

Perhimpunan Bulanan Kementerian Komunikasi kali ini dihadiri oleh YB Dato’ Seri Fahmi Fadzil, Menteri Komunikasi, YB Teo Nie Ching, Timbalan Menteri Komunikasi, diiringi oleh YBhg. Datuk Abdul Halim Hamzah, Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Komunikasi bersama barisan Pengurusan Tertinggi Kementerian Komunikasi dan warga kementerian dalam suasana penuh bersemangat menyambut Bulan Kebangsaan 2026.

Malaysians are encouraged to tap available government financial support to expand their reach and elevate the local creative industry, said MyCreative Ventures Group Chief Executive Officer, Zainol Haqim Bin Zainol Rashid.

"Funding and grants initiatives serve as catalysts for those who wish to venture into the creative sector. They should seize these opportunities.

"Under the Dana Kandungan Kreatif (DKK) Industri Muzik 2026, we offer the Dana Kebolehpasaran, where artists looking to produce a new album can apply for financial support. This is not restricted to established artists," he said.

Zainol said applications for the DKK Industri Muzik 2026 are open until mid-September, adding that local artists invited to perform abroad can also seek financial backing.

"We also have the Dana Pemasaran dan Promosi Antarabangsa. If an artist receives an invitation to perform overseas, they can apply. This is aimed at fostering mobility and enabling us to export our local talent abroad," he said.

Highlighting the success of previous grant recipients who managed to market their products internationally, Zainol said the long-term aim of these funding initiatives is to build a self-sustaining industry.

"We will continue this initiative until our industry players reach a point where they no longer require government assistance," he said.

Zainol was speaking during a working visit to Media Prima Bhd at Balai Berita in Bangsar today.

He led a MyCreative Ventures delegation to strengthen strategic cooperation and explore new collaborative opportunities with Media Prima.

During the visit, the delegation toured Media Prima's radio studios, the New Straits Times Press (NSTP) archives and TV3's Buletin Utama studio.

The visit concluded with a meeting with Media Prima Group Managing Director, Datuk Mohd Rafiq Mat Razali.
