their defendants on an annual basis. This service will offer outpatient coverage to contributors; currently the outpatient schemes that are available in Kenya are out of the reach of many middle and low income earners. There is a need for quality affordable outpatient coverage to the vast majority of Kenyans where the procedures that are included are relevant to the contributor. Contributors sign up Online or using their mobile phones and assigned a member number and then make payments using Credit Card payment or mobile payment solutions available in the market. Once a member account is up to date they can access outpatient treatment at any BlissGVS treatment site throughout Kenya for treatment
