CFA Society East Africa is proud to have contributed to the latest edition of FinWise Exchange.
In "Investing in Africa: Building Capital Corridors," our team explores why, despite African financial institutions collectively overseeing more than USD 4 trillion in assets, businesses, homeowners, and infrastructure projects still struggle to access financing. The piece argues that Africa's real challenge is no longer capital accumulation; it is capital transmission, and lays out what it will take to build the infrastructure, institutions and investment vehicles needed to move savings into productive investment.
