Majicare Sacco was established on 25th day of April,2016 as a savings and credit cooperative society. MajiCare Sacco is a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal, and with power to hold movable and immovable proper

ty of every description, to enter into contracts, to sue and be sued and to do all things necessary for the purpose of, or in accordance with, its by-laws and supervised by the Commissioner of Cooperatives. The formation of Majicare Sacco Ltd was pioneered by a group of professionals in the water sector who harnessed their formation by racking up their stocks together and came up with a financial crate where they would save and advance loans at affordable rates. The membership has however diversified to all regions and to include all walks of life

Proud to share that we successfully held our 8th Annual General Meeting of Majicare SACCO at Jambo Village 🎉

It was a great moment of reflection, accountability, and growth as we updated our members on the SACCO’s progress and future plans. Members received 14% interest on dividends and 8% interest on savings, reaffirming our commitment to rewarding your trust and continued support.

We also approved an increase in share capital from Ksh. 15,000 to Ksh. 30,000 for new members wishing to join Majicare SACCO — a strong step towards building a more stable and empowered cooperative for everyone 🤝
