JICO was established in 1975 with a total capital of JOD 160,000, which was increased to JOD 1.5 million in 1982 and JOD 3 million in 1998. The company’s robust and innovative portfolio of commercial and personal protection solutions include life and medical, marine, auto, property, casualty, and engineering. In 1999, JICO was amongst the first Jordanian insurers to receive the ISO Certificate (ISO 9002 – 1994). The certificate was upgraded in 2004 and JICO received the new issue (ISO 9001 – 2000). وحملت الجلسة الرابعة عنوان "Strategic Productivity & Sustainable Growth"



قدّم الجلسة السيد جواد حدادين، حيث قاد المشاركين في حوار استراتيجي استعرضوا من خلاله أبرز الأحداث والمتغيرات التي أثّرت على قطاع التأمين خلال السنوات العشر الماضية، كما ناقشوا التوجهات الحالية التي تشكّل واقع القطاع اليوم.

وانتقل المشاركون خلال الجلسة إلى تبنّي منظور مستقبلي من خلال تبادل الأفكار ومناقشة استراتيجيات عملية للاستجابة للتغيرات والتحديات المتسارعة في السوق، بما يعزز القدرة على التكيّف، واتخاذ القرارات، وتحقيق نمو مستدام وأثر أكبر على مستوى العمل والمؤسسة.



We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the fourth session of the 3rd cohort at JICO Training Academy under the title:
"Elevated Employee: Strategic Impact & Influence"
The fourth session was titled:

"Strategic Productivity & Sustainable Growth"

The session was delivered by Mr. Jawad Haddadin, who guided participants through a strategic dialogue exploring key events and developments that have shaped the insurance sector over the past decade, while also examining current trends influencing the industry today.

The session encouraged future-focused thinking, where participants collaboratively exchanged ideas and identified practical strategies to effectively respond to ongoing market changes and emerging challenges, strengthening adaptability, decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth and organizational impact.

قدّمتها مدربة الحاجات العلاقاتية نور عماري من مركز إثراء، حيث تناولت الجلسة أهمية فهم الآخر وحاجاته، وطرق تلبيتها بما يعزز جودة التواصل وبناء علاقات أكثر وعيًا وتوازنًا.

كما تطرّقت المدربة إلى أهمية تطبيق هذه المهارات على مختلف أنواع العلاقات بما يتناسب مع طبيعتها، ودورها في تعزيز التعاون، وإدارة المواقف عالية الضغط، وتحسين بيئة العمل وفعالية فرق العمل.

“Elevated Employee: Strategic Impact & Influence”

The third session was titled:
“Emotional Intelligence & High-Stakes Collaboration”

The session was delivered by relational needs trainer Nour Ammari from Ithraa Center, where she discussed the importance of understanding others and their relational needs, as well as effective ways to meet them in order to foster healthier and more balanced communication.

The session also highlighted the importance of applying these skills across different types of relationships according to their nature, and their role in enhancing collaboration, managing high-pressure situations, and improving workplace dynamics and team effectiveness.

وجاءت الجلسة الثانية بعنوان:
“Mastering Influence and Communication”
وقد قدّمها الدكتور كريس ويلارد، الأخصائي النفسي الإكلينيكي من جامعة هارفارد، حيث تناولت الجلسة أهمية التواصل الفعّال، وبناء التأثير الإيجابي، وتعزيز الذكاء العاطفي في بيئة العمل الحديثة.
كما تطرّق الدكتور إلى أنماط الإصغاء الفعّال وأساليبه المختلفة، وكيفية توظيفه كأداة للتواصل الحقيقي وبناء الحوار، لا مجرد الاستماع بهدف الرد. وأكد أيضًا على أهمية طرح الأسئلة الهادفة، باعتبارها حجر الأساس للإصغاء الجيد والتواصل المؤثر.

The second session, titled “Mastering Influence and Communication,” was delivered by Dr. Chris Willard, Clinical Psychologist from Harvard University. The session highlighted the importance of effective communication, building positive influence, and strengthening emotional intelligence in today’s modern workplace.
Dr. Willard also discussed the different types and techniques of active listening, and how listening can be used as a tool for meaningful communication and connection, not just listening to respond. He further emphasized the importance of asking 'curious' questions as a fundamental element of effective listening and impactful communication.

ويُقدَّم البرنامج من قبل نخبة من الخبراء والمتخصصين، مع التركيز على تعزيز الأثر المهني، وتنمية مهارات التأثير، ورفع القدرة على التكيّف مع بيئة الأعمال الديناميكية والمتغيرة باستمرار.
