根據過往慣例，內地電動車龍頭企業比亞迪（1211）通常會在每年9月下旬發放一筆與上一年度經營業績及個人考核掛鈎的「利潤獎」。然而，比亞迪貼吧知名爆料人「小龍女」近日透露，今年比亞迪將取消發放利潤獎，消息一出隨即引發內部震動，大量員工紛紛湧入比亞迪官方帳戶及高管社媒「刷屏留言」表達不滿。

據內地媒體報導，比亞迪內部並無傳統意義上的「年終獎」，而是實行獨特的「利潤獎」制度。這項年度激勵機制是員工每年最關心的核心收入來源之一，並採用「延後兌現」模式發放——即通常在次年9月下旬才進行結算發放（例如2025全年度的經營業績，對應的利潤獎會於2026年9月左右發放），部分員工獲發金額可高達數萬元人民幣。

自傳出撤銷「利潤獎」的消息後，大量員工湧入比亞迪旗下各個官方賬號的評論區集中刷屏，甚至跑到比亞迪品牌及公關處總經理李雲飛的個人社媒帳號下追問消息是否屬實。不少員工指出，在比亞迪基本薪資體系（12個月薪水）的基礎上，利潤獎早已是長期以來約定俗成的年度激勵，若突然取消將直接導致員工全年總收入大幅縮水。

然而，市場分析認為是次傳聞並非空穴來風。財務數據顯示，比亞迪2025年歸母淨利潤為326.19億元，按年下跌19%；而2026年上半年的業績亦持續承壓，期內營業收入為3,448.15億元，按年下降7.1%，歸母淨利潤更按年下跌20.5%至123.25億元。此外，亦有員工透露公司近期正在全面削減成本，包括調整園區充電優惠及住房補貼等各項福利政策。

大量員工的留言充滿對公司管理制度的諷刺，紛紛列舉公司的各項職場條款與待遇問題，批評比亞迪是：「全行業唯一只發12薪、每月22日才發發上月工資、次年9月才發甚至不發年終獎的公司；一日需要打卡三次，每月僅限補卡一次；出差無補貼、不報銷的士費、不准住酒店，要求入住4至8人間宿舍並自備洗漱用品；公司不配備手提電腦，員工需背著桌上型電腦主機出差，節日禮品價值甚至不超過5元。」

Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon wasn’t the first to sound the alarm on the risks of the supercharged AI race. But his viral tweet where he publicly quit, claiming that AI companies were “gambling with our lives,” came at the end of a summer where we learned unsettling evidence that the companies building powerful AI systems could not always control them.

These incidents pushed AI safety researchers’ long-held fears into the mainstream, raising worries that the companies building these models cannot prevent them from acting in ways they do not intend. This is a deep, unsolved issue in AI research and the key piece of evidence underpinning worries that near-future AI might wipe out humanity, intentionally or by accident—perhaps by engineering a new pandemic or taking charge of autonomous weapons. A system far smarter than humans, this thinking goes, might want to prevent our ability to switch it off. “The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade,” Coxon wrote. “No other human activity poses this level of danger.”
