Welcome, Oskar! 👋 We are excited to have you on board as the newest trainee at Blue Concept Asia!

Oskar joins us through the Dual System Professional Training Programme, a 22-month programme by the German Business School in Hong Kong and the German Chamber of Commerce that blends classroom learning with real-world experience.

This is our second year participating in the programme! 🎓 Oskar follows in the footsteps of Lorenz von Horsten, who joined us through the same pathway last year, and Joshua Spirgi, an alumnus of the programme. We have seen first-hand how impactful it can be.

Originally from Germany, Oskar brings an international outlook shaped by having lived in Germany, Austria, Scotland, and the United States. He graduated from a business and economics-focused Gymnasium and completed one year of studies in Business, Economics and Social Sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). Fluent in German and English, he joins BCA with a strong interest in business and international commerce. 🚀

Coinciding with today's announcement, Oskar is also celebrating his birthday. We extend our best wishes for the year ahead and look forward to his contributions to the team.

We are proud to support young professionals like Oskar and look forward to the fresh energy, global perspective, and enthusiasm he will bring to our team. 🙌
