Congratulations to Caitlin Burgoine and Jemina Coutts, who have been included in eprivateclient's 2026 NextGen Leaders list, celebrating emerging talent across the UK and Crown Dependencies' private client industry.

🌟 Caitlin, a Trust Supervisor in Guernsey, has achieved successive promotions since joining three years ago, developing expertise in the administration and governance of UK real estate investments and discretionary trusts.

🌟 Jemina, a Senior Trust Administrator in the Isle of Man, joined in 2021 and has progressed from onboarding into a client-facing role, supporting a diverse range of private wealth structures and asset-holding activities.

Our quarterly Praxis People Awards celebrate colleagues who go above and beyond – whether that's supporting their teammates, finding better ways of working or making a positive difference to our clients and communities.

We're delighted to recognise our Q3 winners from across the Group:

A huge congratulations to endurance rowers Simon Johns, our Group Head of Finance, and James Coquelin on completing the 60-mile Caledonian Canal in a single push.

After 12 hours of continuous rowing, the pair completed the Praxis-sponsored challenge and have already raised over £42,000 of their £60,000 target in support of MUG. Donations will help fund a dedicated male cancer nurse in Guernsey for five years, giving men across the island faster access to support and treatment, closer to home.

It is a remarkable achievement and a fantastic contribution to an important cause 🚣

There’s still time to show your support and donate: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/mugmonsterrow

Well done, Simon and James!
