An update from Rob Gepp about the state of the market and what actions you need to take ๐ก๐ข๐ช if you have a mortgage.
Quick summary:
โฌ๏ธ Most lenders have been putting the interest rates ๐จ๐ฃ on their products and several products have also been withdrawn.
โฑ๏ธ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ. A lot of lenders are giving us only a few hours notice in many cases that products are being pulled.
