We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented New Business Processor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced business, playing a key role in processing motor finance applications and delivering a seamless experience for customers and partners.
New Business Processor โ Octane Finance
Location: Rayleigh, Essex (SS6 9RS)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
โข Accurately process and review finance documentation
โข Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
โข Liaise with customers, lenders, dealers, and internal teams
โข Resolve queries efficiently and provide support to Account Managers
โข Ensure all applications are processed in line with company procedures and compliance requirements
About You:
โข Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
โข Confident communicator with strong customer service abilities
โข Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
โข Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn
Essential Requirements:
โข Experience in a structured or process-driven role
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
โข Full UK driving licence
โข Desirable Skills & Experience
โข Knowledge of finance and compliance processes (e.g. AML, CCA)
โข Previous customer service experience
