Lots of things can go wrong in a renovation. In construction work, full stop.

On one project there was far more structural work than we or the client had expected, which meant higher construction costs. What we did: communicate. We brought in the right experts to explain why the works were taking longer and why the costs were going up, then laid out the solutions clearly for the client.
