Re-mortgage application submitted at 9.35am this morning.... offer issued at 2.36pm this afternoon. 🕦

Income auto-verified 👍and automated valuation 👍 means one thing.... doing the work upfront and getting things right first time, really speed up the process for a lender and lead to a really happy customer, knowing their mortgage and their interest rate is secure for the foreseeable future.

If your mortgage deal finishes later this year, its worth getting things sorted early. Most lenders let you secure a new rate up to 6 months in advance – giving you time to get everything lined up and avoid last minute stress!

💷 You could lock in a better rate.

⏳ Avoid rolling onto a higher standard variable rate.

🧘‍♀️ And give yourself one less thing to worry about.

📉If the lenders lower their rate further, you may be able to secure a lower rate before completion.
