We’re 100% owned and controlled by our members and work only in their interests. So, unlike a bank, we’re not here to make money for outside shareholders. ‼️Member Notice: Important Update on Payment Delays ‼️

We want to inform our members that The Co-operative Bank has recently experienced a planned systems upgrade which has affected some of their business banking customers. As a result, some customers are currently unable to view their most recent balance and transaction details through digital channels.

This technical issue has also impacted a number of credit unions, including Transave, affecting our ability to make timely payments to members.

We understand how concerning and frustrating this situation can be.

Please know that this issue is entirely outside of Transave’s control and is due to technical problems at The Co-operative Bank.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and is ready to process all outstanding payments as soon as the necessary information is available.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or uncertainty this may cause and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Your membership means the world to us, and we are committed to resolving this as quickly as possible.
