We aim to offer a top class service every time, to every client. 5 stars is a benchmark, not an aim. We used to offer our services without fees and now we don't, some brokers still do offer a fee free service, so maybe taking a minute now to explain why we do makes sense. We don't shy away from why we're worth it.
When you deal with 3Sixty you're speaking to a company with more than 20 years experience in mortgage advice. Not only that, but you are not just dealing with a mortgage factory that treats you as a faceless customer with words and numbers on a form. You'll have a dedicated adviser and a dedicated administrator who you'll get to know by name and by voice. You'll always know who you need to speak to and they'll always know the details of your case, none of the "explaining what you told the last guy". Refreshing right?
Procuration fees paid by lenders haven't changed at all in a number of years, whilst as we know, everything from minimum wage, national Insurance, rent, energy and everything else have increased tremendously. Some brokers will work with lower staffing numbers and squeeze as many mortgages through as they can to make ends meet, which means the service you receive will suffer. We stick to strict limits to ensure our service standards stay consistent and we pay our staff fairly, all of this comes at a cost but we, and our existing clients think that it's worth it.
