💙👟 159KM DONE! SIX DAYS LEFT! 👟💙

Target smashed! 💪 This morning's 10.9km walk means I've officially completed my Prostate United distance challenge with six days to spare! 🚶‍♂️🌳

I'll keep walking and adding to the total, but the real goal is raising as much money as possible for Prostate Cancer UK. 💙

🏡🔑 VIDEO 12: YOUR FIRST-TIME BUYER MOVING-IN CHECKLIST! ✅

YOU’VE GOT THE KEYS! 🎉 But before you put your feet up, here are 5 things I’d do when moving into your new home! 👇

✅ 1️⃣ Change the locks 🔐 You never know who might still have a set of keys, so get those locks changed for peace of mind.

✅ 2️⃣ Take your meter readings ⚡💧 Take readings for your gas, electricity and water meters (where applicable). Contact the relevant suppliers, let them know you’ve moved in and provide your readings.

✅ 3️⃣ Update your address 📬 Update your bank, employer, driving licence and any other important documents and accounts.

✅ 4️⃣ Sort your council tax & electoral roll 🏡 Contact your local council to register for council tax at your new home and notify your previous council if you’ve moved out of their area. Register on the electoral roll at your new address, too.

✅ 5️⃣ Find your stopcock & fuse box 🔧⚡ Know where to turn off your water and electricity in an emergency. Future you will be glad you did!

❤️ This is about more than just the kilometres.

With just 23km left to complete my Prostate United challenge, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated, shared my posts and sent me such lovely messages. We've reached the fundraising target, and your support has been incredible. 💙

Alongside the fundraising, I've been working on myself too. I'm now 15st 9lb, losing around 2lb a week, walking at least 5km a day and feeling the benefits of better sleep, better eating and a consistent routine.

This morning, I took the next step and restarted Couch to 5K. 🏃‍♂️

I'm not stopping here. I want to keep improving, keep challenging myself and keep working towards that big milestone of getting into the 12-stone bracket.

Thank you for every donation, every share and every encouraging word. It means a lot. 🙏
