P*P or HP? Three little letters. Quite a big difference.

With HP, you spread the cost of the car across fixed monthly payments and own it once you’ve made the final payment.

P*P usually comes with lower monthly payments and gives you options at the end. You can pay the final balloon payment to keep the car, return it, or trade it in.

So, which could suit you?

It depends on what matters most. Your monthly budget, how many miles you drive, how often you like to change cars and whether you want to own the car at the end all come into it.

Would a thief pick your car as the easy option? 👀

Car theft has risen sharply over the last decade, and keyless technology has given thieves new ways to target vehicles.

A few simple habits can make your car harder to steal:
🔑 Keep keyless keys and spares in a Faraday pouch
🚗 Use a visible steering wheel or pedal lock
📍 Consider a tracker and immobiliser
💡 Park somewhere well-lit and overlooked where possible
🔒 Keep valuables out of sight

And if your car is on finance and gets stolen, don’t cancel your payments.
Report the theft to the police, then contact your insurer and finance provider as soon as possible.
