With one week to go until the 2026 Rochdale Business Awards, we’re looking forward to an evening celebrating the businesses and people who make our borough such a great place to work and do business.

Making an LPA lets you choose people you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you’re unable to do so yourself. It’s an important part of planning ahead, just like making a Will.

A reminder that is always worth sharing.

A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to choose the people you trust to make important decisions for you if there ever comes a time when you are unable to make those decisions yourself.

It’s something many people intend to sort out “one day”, but an LPA has to be put in place while you still have the capacity to make that choice.
