As humans we here in the team LOVE the outdoors.

However, as Property Developers, although a lot our our property refurbishment work takes place indoors inside a property, sometimes we get the opportunity to develop the exterior too.

This can include:
- Rendering
- Guttering
- Patio laying
- Landscaping
- Jetwashing
- Fencing
- Shed building
- Garage conversion
- Garden drainage

Although we will work in ALL weathers to get the job done, you can't beat a bit of sunshine, wot !

Some days you simply cannot prepare yourself for what you're gonna come up against.

An emergency job at the end of the day had me picking a thick wad of shaved hair and fingernail clippings out of a bathroom sink hole 👌🫣🤢🤦‍♂️🙈😬.

But otherwise in Chorley, Westhoughton, Bolton, and Preston there's been 10 other jobs completed.

🪛 Fixing a UPVC door
🧰 Changing a spot light bulb
🗜 Replacing a sink plug
🔨 Checking a leaking pipe
🔧 Fixing a broken gate
🛠 Adding blank covers on sockets
🪛 Installing a curtain pole
🧰 Fixing kitchen cabinet door handles
🗜 Scraping flaky paint off and painting

These "maintenance" days are fun, exciting, challenging, rewarding and the variety keeps you physically and mentally on your toes.

A we completed a few months back in .

The room was originally a bedroom in a terraced house. The new owners had only recently purchased the property, and really wanted a bathroom space larger than the 1.8m x 1.2m bathroom situated behind the kitchen.

We discussed several layouts as they really wanted a sauna, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, bidet, and wall hanging radiator and for us to install specific sanitary ware they had already purchased.

The dwarf wall and screen were a little more challenging to robustly construct than we had anticipated at the outset on agreeing to their desired sketch. Yet, it doesn't half look smart, in part thanks to their choice of tiles.
