Savills are forecasting that North West house prices could rise by 29.4% over the next five years.

That means a home worth:

🏠 £200,000 today could be worth £258,800
🏠 £250,000 → £323,500
🏠 £300,000 → £388,200
🏠 £400,000 → £517,600

No one knows exactly what will happen, but if prices do increase like this, waiting could make getting on the property ladder even harder.
