Sustainability isn't just about setting targets. It's about changing how we work.

From moving communications from physical to digital, to rethinking our office footprint, going paperless and reducing our physical servers, we've been making practical changes to reduce our environmental impact.

And the progress is measurable:
🌱 44% reduction in total emissions since our 2022 baseline.
📬 69% reduction in upstream transportation emissions .
🏢 62.5% reduction in our on-site facility footprint

Real impact is measured by the lives we help shape.

Through our partnership with PNE Community and Education Trust, we're supporting the Voice Against Reoffending programme to ensure more young people can access guidance, education and positive opportunities before they reach a point of crisis.

The programme's midpoint results already demonstrate the value of early intervention, generating £278,932 in social value across crime reduction, mental health, social integration and personal development.

As we continue supporting the next 13 cohorts, we're proud to contribute to stronger communities and brighter futures.

Our World Cup celebrations brought colleagues together through food, culture, friendly competition and fundraising.

From our Jacob's Join and team activities to learning about different nations and traditions, it was a great opportunity to connect with colleagues across the business.

Together we donated £2 for every goal scored throughout the tournament & raised £616,
