How do we do this? We look at your current property value and your current mortgage balance. We work through all the costs involved in buying and selling i.e. Estate agency fees, solicitors fees, any stamp duty and whether you want to repay any debt from equity. 🧡 Assess your affordability to purchase your new home

How do we do this?

After working out the cost of moving we can then confirm what equity (profit) you will have to put towards a new home. Do you have savings you want to use to reduce the borrowing need? Once we have done this we then look at your income and outgoings and assess your ability to be able to borrow what you need.

🧡 Obtain a Decision in Principle

We can apply for a decision in principle for you with a lender that suits your needs and criteria. This provides you with confidence to move forward and confidently offer on properties.

🧡 Next step is to arrange a valuation of your property and get you on the market.

This is where our expert Estate Agency comes in!! They will visit you at your property and provide a market valuation and a straight forward process of getting your home on the market as soon as possible.
