Rosie Fraser Real Estate is looking for a positive, organised and friendly individual to join our ever-growing team in the position of property office executive.

This is a full-time, office-based role from our Broughty Ferry office. Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm. The individual would be confident predominantly working on their own but very much as part of the wider team.

The ideal candidate would have property-based admin and sales experience. The candidate would be organised, hard-working, and confident with a positive can-do attitude.

Salary £25,000 per annum with performance-based bonus and incentives available.

Fantastic news for 2 of my lovely clients buying their first home. 🏠They saw the house they wanted at the weekend, we submitted a decision in Principle on Monday morning so they could place an offer, Offer accepted and I had the delight in telling them today that an offer has been issued by the lender.😀

**Good News Story** - Clients completed today on buying their first home. I managed to secure a 95% mortgage and as the rates have reduced from when the application was first submitted I have reduced the rates twice, the last one being just 2 days before completion which has saved my clients money. My aim is always to make sure my clients get the best rate and will continuously review this up to completion. It is good to know that even if you have an offer in place the product can still be amended if rates reduce.
