We're delighted to share an update on our most recent project!
After a complete refurbishment, our beautiful one-bedroom, Mediterranean-themed serviced accommodation welcomed its first guests back in April.
This project was truly a labour of love, and every detail has been carefully considered to create a stylish, comfortable space finished to an exceptional standard. Ideally located and fully equipped with everything our guests need, it offers the perfect home away from home, whether you're staying for business or leisure.
We're incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to welcoming many more guests to the Little Olive!

Lots of progress made since the last update!
All the new sockets are now in place, the feature TV wall has been built and waiting panneling, fire doors are in, security camera is up, garden has been landscaped and soooo much filling and sanding has taken place! Getting ready to start painting 🎨

15/09/2025

This week has been full of taking up floorboards to do some rewiring, removal of built in wardrobes and skirting, measuring up for our feature TV wall and my 5yo even made a start on removing wallpaper and old shelves (he’s saving for a car apparently).

06/09/2025

Picked up the keys to our new SA this week. It needs light refurbishment/renovation and compliance setup. Follow us for regular updates.
