In just 12 months, Yutree’s Norwich branch has grown into a thriving hub, supporting a wide range of people and businesses across Norfolk, driven by the passion of our team and the trust of our clients.

With strong partnerships established, exciting events ahead (including the Royal Norfolk Show), and client relationships continuing to flourish, we’re proud to be making a real impact in the region through trusted, independent broking and business advice.

It’s been a standout year for Peter Foster and William Knight made possible by the ongoing support of the wider Newmarket team.

This weekend, our Yutree Directors attended the iconic Goodwood Members’ Meeting - a brilliant couple of days away from insurance and firmly into the world of motorsport, entertaining clients.

From classic tin‑tops and GTs to motorcycles, Formula 3 and Formula 1 machines, the racing (and the atmosphere) was unreal.

There was plenty to get excited about too, including Jenson Button reuniting with his 2009 Championship‑winning Brawn, a ’70s celebration of James Hunt and Barry Sheene, and a thrilling Super Touring Car Shoot‑Out.

Saturday night finished things off perfectly with great food, live music and a fireworks display.

International Women’s Day is this weekend and, at Yutree, it’s a good moment to reflect on the kind of business we have always worked hard to be. We believe that flexibility sits at the heart of inclusion. When people can work flexibly, more people can work.

From there, it’s about creating the space for people to grow by leading from the front, encouraging involvement in committees and working groups, supporting learning, opening the door to leadership opportunities, and backing people who want to develop beyond their immediate role.

For us, inclusion and equity aren’t about quotas or slogans, and there is no fight. Inclusion and equity are part of how our business runs day-to-day, and those values are reflected in the people who make up Yutree.

So, this International Women’s Day, we’re simply recognising and thanking all of the brilliant women across our business, and the men who work alongside them, who contribute to our culture every single day. It is the thing we are most proud of.

We’re pleased to be working with Jane Hannah from Healthier Happier You to offer local businesses a complimentary online wellbeing session, designed to help you pause, reset and re-energise as the year gets underway.

This practical, future-focused session will give you space to reflect, reset priorities and explore small habits that can help sustain energy, focus and balance in busy roles.

We’ve worked closely with Jane for some time to support our own people and business, and the results have been tangible – clearer focus, better energy and simple habits that actually stick.

The session will take place online on Friday 6 March and will last approximately one hour.
