One week to go! 🚶‍♀

Our team is getting ready to take on the STEPtember challenge for Dougie Mac – walking 30 miles in 30 days throughout September!

We have a fantastic group of the team taking part and we will be keeping track of everyone’s progress throughout the month to keep everyone on target! We’ll even have a walking pad in the office to help keep the miles ticking over.

We’re aiming to raise £500 for Dougie Mac, and every donation will help support the incredible work they do for local people and their families.

We're incredibly proud to share that we have been named a finalist in the Small Business of the Year category at the 2026 University of Staffordshire Business Awards, with the awards ceremony taking place this September. 🎉

To be recognised once again alongside so many fantastic local businesses is a real honour and another reminder of how far we've come in such a short space of time.

Today is a real milestone for everyone at NBe Brokers.

We are incredibly proud to announce that we are now the Headline Academy Partner of Stoke City FC. A partnership that means so much to everyone at our business and one that perfectly reflects what we stand for.

From day one, we've believed in supporting our local community, investing in local talent and helping create opportunities for the next generation. To now see the NBe Brokers name proudly displayed on the match shirts of the boys and girls representing the Stoke City Academy is a real 'pinch me' moment.

When we launched NBe Brokers just three years ago, we could only dream of opportunities like this. The journey we've been on has been incredible, and this milestone is only possible because of the amazing support from our clients, insurer partners and our fantastic team, whose hard work has made it all possible.

🎭⚽ WORLD CUP FANCY DRESS DAY AT NBe BROKERS ⚽🎭

Yesterday, we brought our World Cup Sweepstake to life by holding a fancy dress day where staff members have dressed up as the nation they drew! From Vikings and Kilts, to football legends, and everything in between, the creativity (and commitment) has been incredible.

Events like these are a great reminder that while we work hard for our clients every day, having fun together is just as important. A fantastic team culture helps build stronger relationships, boosts morale, and makes NBe Brokers a great place to work.
