Our Sandmartin team certainly made the most of the August Bank Holiday weekend! 🌦️ From muddy festival fields to magic abroad, here is what everyone got up to:

🎸 Festival Season | Faith & Morgan
Morgan braved the crowds at Creamfields while Faith hit up Leeds Festival. Despite the heavy rain and thick mud, they both danced through it all, bringing back incredible memories (and probably some very muddy boots!).

👑 Royal Sightseeing | Stacey
Stacey headed south to London with her family. They spent the long weekend exploring the city together and checking its most famous iconic landmarks off their sightseeing list.

🥐 Magical Getaway | James
James took a trip to the happiest place on Earth at Disneyland Paris, followed by a few days soaking up the culture (and the pastries) in Paris.

The Openwork Foundation supported more than 50 charities last year. ❤️

Last year's Cycle Challenge in Cuba helped raise over £60,000 for charitable causes.

This year, we're hoping to beat that total and make an even greater impact by supporting even more charities.

We're particularly keen to help local charities, so if you have any suggestions for causes that could benefit from our support, we'd love to hear from you. Please let us know in the comments below!

Our team is taking a well-earned break this Bank Holiday, so we'll be closed until Tuesday 1st September at 9am.

🚴‍♂️ Cycling was going well... until the potholes fought back!
Potholes 1 - Ian 0 (see picture 😳)

Thankfully, it's nothing too serious, but I'll be taking a couple of weeks off while I enjoy a holiday in Cyprus. That said, I may still try to hire a bike and get a few miles in while I'm away!

Then it's on to the big final push, with just three weeks to go before the event.

This years cycle challenge is in....

Bosnia & Montenegro! 🎉🚲

Ian will be taking on his 6th Overseas Cycle Challenge for The Openwork Foundation, riding 345 kilometres across 7 days cycling from Sarajevo in Bosnia to Virpazar in Montenegro. 😱
