This is open to everybody, whether your a complete beginner, have experience, or simply fancy trying something new.

We are looking for people who have skills, knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Social Housing
Welfare, employment and financial inclusion

A few weeks ago, our amazing members rolled up their sleeves and took part in our ‘Grow Your Own’ project!

We spent a fun-filled afternoon learning how to plant, care for, and harvest our very own potatoes. From prepping the soil to seeing the first green shoots, everyone got involved and discovered just how rewarding it is to grow your own food.

We’re so proud of our members for their enthusiasm and teamwork. Can’t wait to see what we grow next!

We're at Twyn Community Hub this Thursday with our Chip Pan exchange. If you haven't registered yet to trade in your old chip pan for a brand new air fryer, then now is the time!

Event Schedule:
Twyn: 11th June, 11am – 1pm
Gellideg: 25th June, 11am – 1pm

How It Works:
* Bring your old chip pan to the event and exchange it for a new air fryer.
* Open to MVH tenants only. Please bring proof of ID (such as a utility bill or bank statement showing your address).
* You must register in advance to take part - this is important. We will only have enough air fryers for those registered.
To Register:

* Text: 07718248645 (include ‘Airfryer’, your name, and the first line of your address)

So wonderful to see Trelewis Community Centre thriving! If you live in the area, pop along for their weekly activities. Follow the centre for updates on what's on!

A big thank you to everybody that attended yesterday's Community Hub at the centre ☕️🍰🥪.

It's great to see so many coming along and creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and having some good laughs with the Bingo.

We really appreciate all of your support🙂.

The group runs every Tuesday from 1:00-3:00, It's free of charge and all are welcome.

Last week, we officially launched our garden celebration, and what a blooming good start it was! 🌷🌞

With the sun shining, we took the chance to stroll around our estates, catching up with neighbours and chatting about their homes, community, and outdoor spaces.

Here’s a peek at just a few of the gorgeous gardens our tenants and community members shared with us - they’re now in the running for prizes in each category. We’ll be out and about all summer, so there’s still loads of time to join in! Whether you’ve got a blooming pot, a balcony jungle, or a windowsill oasis, we want to celebrate your space. No garden is too small.
