🌾🚜 What a fantastic day at the Royal Berkshire Agricultural Association Show & Ploughing Match was on last Sunday of September!

The event brought together true supporters of British agriculture and everyone who enjoys spending time in the countryside, celebrating farming and rural life.

The NFU Reading Branch also hosted its AGM, led by Chairman Colin Rayner, Vice Chairman William Westacott, and Group Secretary Mark Wheeler. It was a great opportunity for members to come together, reflect on the year, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the event.

To make the day even more special, Marble, our office mascot, proudly took 2nd place in the Dog Show! 🐕🥈

A huge thank you to the organisers, exhibitors, competitors, and visitors who made it such an enjoyable and successful day.

📋 We've been busy throughout September, attending and exhibiting at a number of local Ploughing Matches across the region.

One particular highlight was the wonderful event hosted by the Royal Forest Agricultural Association in Windsor Great Park. It was a fantastic showcase of rural life of Berkshire, featuring outstanding local produce, impressive livestock, and some exceptionally well-bred cattle and sheep.

It was great to meet so many members, farmers, and local businesses, and to celebrate the very best of British agriculture in such a lovely setting.
